“The report notes Philip Casale, the school board president, might have exceeded his authority by meeting with Tri-Tech about a settlement before he began his term as president but says any ethics allegations would be handled by the School Ethics Commission.”
That’s sad, but is anyone surprised? THis is just how nutley operates, I’m actually more surprised about this investigation than the wrongdoing itself…
