St. Patrick’s Day fixture John Kelly is dead at 83 (The Record and Herald News)

John V. Kelly Sr., a Republican who served nine terms in the state Assembly and was a former mayor of Nutley, died on Friday night “in a most peaceful manner,” according to his family.
