Roche commences tender offer for Genentech (News-Medical-Net)

Roche announced today that it is commencing a cash tender offer for all outstanding publicly-held shares of Genentech for US.50 per share.

Generally I do not post on blogs, but I would like to say that this post really forced me to do so! really nice post.
